About Claire

I'm a portrait photographer based in Hampstead, NW3, London.

​

I photograph people in a way that feels natural, creative and true to who they are — from actors, musicians and artists to professionals, couples, dogs and individuals.

​

Living and working in Hampstead means I have Hampstead Heath on my doorstep, and it has become one of my favourite places to photograph. The changing light, woodland, open spaces and huge skies make it an endlessly interesting backdrop for portraits.

​

I also work throughout London and have a studio in NW3.

​

Whether you need photographs for your career, your family, your dating profile or simply because you want some beautiful photographs of yourself, I aim to make the experience relaxed and enjoyable — and to create images that feel like you.

Publications include Harpers Bazaar, Vanity Fair Australia, Sunday Star-Times, The Press, Home & Garden UK, New Zealand Herald. I hold a MMus and an Associateship and Licentiateship in Photography. Awards include Gold Medal (International Wedding and Portrait Photographer of the Year, Las Vegas), NZPS Silver Medal. Agfa Listener Timeframe Award and Kodak young photographer of the year
